Baclava

This diamond shape dessert is is wrapped in sheets of filo pastry which is brushed off with butter on the surface. But what is interesting is what is wrapped inside the sheets of filo. It is coated with some syrup once out of the oven.

Greek Baked Quince with Yoghurt

For sure not everyone who reads this knows what a Quince really is. Well, for the benefit of everyone, a quince is a fruit. This dessert is very easy to prepare. The fruit is wrapped inside an aluminum foil and baked. After baking, the center of the fruit is removed together with its seeds. Place it on a plate and pour some honey on top and place some strained yoghurt on the sides.
